Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe trying Sproutkit. If it's not for you, we'll give your money back.

The short version

We offer a 7-day refund window, no questions asked, provided you have deployed fewer than 5 demo websites through Sproutkit. Email hello@sproutkit.app and we'll process the refund to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Why the 5-website cap?

Each website you deploy uses real Anthropic credits and a Vercel deployment slot — costs we cannot recover. The 5-deployment cap is generous for evaluating the product but prevents abuse where someone uses 100+ sites and then asks for a refund.

After 7 days

Sproutkit is a one-time purchase with a perpetual licence. After 7 days, we generally cannot offer refunds, but we'll gladly help with any technical issues. If the App stops functioning due to a bug we cannot fix in a reasonable time, contact us — we aim to be fair.

Statutory rights

UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel digital products under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By starting to use Sproutkit (logging in for the first time) you consent to the start of provision. Our 7-day no-questions-asked window with the 5-site cap goes above what we're strictly required to offer.

Chargebacks

Please email us before raising a chargeback — most issues can be resolved with a refund. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in licence termination.
